1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using VPN Lync, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't install the app.

2. Acceptable Use

Use VPN Lync for lawful purposes. A VPN changes your route to the internet, not the laws that apply to you. You're responsible for complying with them wherever you're connecting from and to.

3. Service Availability

We're a small team actively building this. Servers, protocols, and available features can change as we grow. We'll try not to break things without notice, but this is an early-access product.

4. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

VPN Lync is provided "as is," without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent the law allows, Zenvora Labs LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using it.

5. Ownership

The VPN Lync app, its branding, and the server infrastructure behind it belong to Zenvora Labs LLC. Redistributing modified or repackaged builds under our name isn't permitted.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continuing to use VPN Lync after a change means you accept the update.
